A new edition of this catchy minimalist piece composed in 1989 and now firmly established in the repertoire of leading performers such as Thomas Trotter, John Scott and David Sanger. There have been four CD recordings to date. Ad Wammes (born 1953) studied composition with Ton de Leeuw, Theo Loevendie and Klaas de Vries, piano with Edith Lateiner-Grosz and electronic music with Ton Bruynèl. He played keyboard with the symphonic rock group Finch, and is an established composer for television and for the stage.
