The Silent Road, for SATB choir and piano accompaniment, was commissioned by Choirs of America, Geoffrey McQueen, Executive Director and Christopher Olin, Artistic Director. It was premiered at the Nationals for Top Choirs in Carnegie Hall, March 23rd, 2018. The poem is by Wilson L. Johnson, an old American friend of the composer’s grandfather who died during WWII.
